Abdel Abdi, Alex Coyle and Kai Carlos have recently been selected to take part in the London Region Development Camp for 11/12-year-olds. This camp was selected by British Swimming based on their current ranking from their best events.

I am pleased to invite you, on behalf of the BHSC Chair and the members of the Executive Committee, to attend The 37th Annual General Meeting of The Borough Harrow Swimming Club . This meeting will take place at Harrow Leisure Centre 8.00pm on 15th December 2016.
In line with the English Programmes Talent Development Programme, the London Region is running a Talent Development weekend over the 29th and 30th October at the Sylvestrian Leisure Centre, Forest School, Snaresbrook.
This year we had 5 swimmers compete at Three different levels at this years Nationals. All three competitions took place between Sunday 24th July-Friday 5th August.

This weekend the Harrow Swimmers descended upon Crystal Palace to compete in the London Age Group Regionals. These Championships are for swimmers aged 11-14yrs old. All of the swimmers are competing to be crowned the best swimmer of their age in London.
Junior camp - Day 2
Sunday started early with the first swimmers up at 6am - obviously eagerly awaiting the days activities. We started with a good breakfast followed by a 2 hour land training session which consisted of circuit training, some stamina work and working on reactions.
This weekend saw the Harrow swimmers competing on three fronts. With this being the last weekend for Regional qualification for our younger swimmers, it was an important one. The biggest group of entrants was at Luton.
Last weekend 11 swimmers competed in the London Youth Regional Championships. Regionals are broken into two groups, Age Groups & Youth Championships. The Youth Championships are for swimmers aged 15& over.
The final weekend of the Middlesex County Championships took place at Barnet this weekend. After 2 long weekends, this weekend saw the swimmers taking part in 50m sprints, Relays and the distance events 800/1500m.
